The music in our books is copyrighted by Northern Harmony Publishing Company.
If you choose to photocopy any of these songs for your own or your group's use without notifying us, we will probably never know, and we will certainly never prosecute you.
However, the music in these books is the result of years of study and work by our directors. In recognition of the fact that you are benefiting from our work, we do ask that if you will be making copies of any of these songs for a choral group, please send us a copying fee of $10 per song for our formal permission to make unlimited copies.
As an incentive for you to obtain legal copies for your choir, we offer bulk discounts of 40% for 10 or more copies of the books that we publish.
